AMA Studio is Madrid’s first Lagree Studio in the city. Lagree expands on the core concepts of Pilates. It applies techniques used in other types of resistance training such as weightlifting. Exercises are performed on a Megaformer machine, utilizing a combination of body weight and resistance from springs. The Icon is a wonderful fusion from the word ’AMA’ and the springs found in the Megaformer machine.
